              The emphasis in our new Mothers' Day Out program is to promote physical fitness as a key part of a healthy lifestyle.  Our goal for your children is to build their self-esteem and fitness through the fun of gymnastics.

             The basics of gymnastics provide a solid foundation for becoming physically fit and preparing to participate in other activities and sports.  Preschool gymnastics also prepares students for successful experiences in school.  Children who have participated in movement education activities have longer attention spans, increased communications skills, general problem-solving skills and improved self-esteem.

             Your child will enjoy not only instruction in physical fitness, health and safety, but he/she will also learn social skills, music and dramatic play, and creative art.
